BALANCE BLACKS

(Oriental floral button down from random shop in Bangkok, Zara inspired skorts from Taobao, H&M bag, Zara inspired heels from Taobao)

Day out with secondary school friend Jocelyn and an arduous effort trying to find Wimbly Lu, which was hidden way deep in Serangoon. But it was worth the sweat and the struggle with blisters on my feet because the place was so gorgeous. Albeit a little small but cozy all the same. Love the concept of whimsicality, with perfect brick walls,  'Alice in Wonderland' dining apparatus and cutesy cotton clouds with rainbow coloured raindrops hanging from the ceiling. Try the salted caramel ice cream there, one of the better ones I've had. Un-malted and salty, just the way it should be.

Currently addicted to oriental florals contrasted on dark fabrics, the wispier the better.  Best if it came in the shape of a kimono. Great for balancing out structured and asymmetrical pieces or tiny cropped camisoles.
