CASUAL MINIMALISM

(Uniqlo white tee, The Editor's Market ripped denim jeans and sandals, random pushcart bought fringe bag, Forever21 hat)

Photos by Erman

En route to some mid-afternoon coffee at Group Therapy Coffee (there's a branch at Katong Village!).

Wearing insanely comfortable attire, channeling some 90's casual minimalism with high-waisted mum jeans and a good ol' white tee. You can never go wrong with that. Added some comfy man-dals with a good hat for good measure. I never seem to leave the house without my trusty fringe bag too. An interesting bohemian touch to all my outfits.

P.s. If you go to Group Therapy Coffee, do try out their Roasted Almond Latté. Incredibly fragrant but keep in mind that it is already sweetened so don't add additional sugar.

SUNDAY'S EXPLORATION UNIFORM

(H&M Blouse, Zara sunglasses and pleated skirt, The Editor's Market sandals)

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably already know that this post is long overdue because I had this outfit on many weeks ago.

However, I hope you'll pardon my tardy posts and look forward to more frequent updates because I finally finished with my Internship!!! I'm ecstatic for not having to wake up at 7am, eat the same food everyday, and just being back to myself.

Anyway, about this post, Sha and I went on a spontaneous trip to Tiong Bahru and walked all around under the hot sun. But it was a great trip because she got great books from Books Actually (a cute little bookstore to check out) and we cooled off with iced lattés in a cute little café called The Dispensary.

TELL ME THAT THE LIGHTS WON'T CHANGE

(T-back dress from Taobao, Charles & Keith marble clutch)

Obsessed with the T-back laced with cutout flowers and the long slits at the sleeves. Also into the sheerness of its entirety.

BATAM PHOTO DIARY

Items pictured: Forever21 croc textured bag, The Editor's Market floral camisole and sandals (both), The Scarlet Room lover lace shorts, Asymmtrcl stone ring, Forever21/ H&M assorted rings, Rock Me Jewelry turquoise coral stone cuff

Batam for three days was great for recuperation outside of a busy city like Singapore. Honestly one of the most satisfying trips to date. A 40 mins boat ride away to lavish seafood dinners next to the sea, magic card tricks at night, shooting cans with airsoft guns (super fun), yummy fruit smoothies, massage with burping masseuses (not joking at all), car rides with awesome local drivers, night swimming, waffles at A&W, and a karaoke experience I will never forget.

Highly recommended for a weekend trip or mini getaways.
